A local resident notified TCVOA about a proposed development on Dalry Road. There is very little information available about this at the moment, although it does appear to concern the site currently occupied by the Co-op/Maplins. As soon as further information is shared with TCVOA, or a related planning application is submitted, we will update this website.
Corran Properties (an Edinburgh-based specialist Development & Asset Management Consultancy) have published on their website that they've been instructed to undertake a Feasibility Study for the large site.
