New keypad operated locks are to be fitted to all communal cupboards across Caledonian Village. This work will be completed by Trinity Factor's maintenace team over the next fortnight.
Please be mindful of Covid requirements when work is ongoing in your stairwell and allow the space necessary for this work to be safely completed.
Trinity are increasingly being called upon to provide keys or attend onsite to allow access to meter cupboards for the purpose of making internet connections. This is in addition to access required by the cleaners, power companies and electricians.
Once keypads are fitted, any contractor requiring access must contact Trinity Factors in advance to obtain the access code.
